Terms & Conditions

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and are chargeable in accordance with hotel policy.
• Valid photo identification (national ID card or international passport) is mandatory at check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.


PAYMENT POLICY
• Full payment (100%) is required prior to arrival in accordance with the cancellation deadline applicable to your booking period. The exact payment deadline is stated on your Reservation Confirmation.
• Payments may be made via bank transfer or securely online by card through our payment link, which is provided upon booking confirmation.
• All banking and transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the sender. The hotel must receive the full invoiced amount net of any charges.
• Cash payments are accepted up to €500, in accordance with Greek Law 4446/2016.
• A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Taxes are applicable as in effect at the time of reservation.
• Extension of stay is subject to availability and will be offered at the rate applicable at the time of the request. The hotel is not obligated to honor the original booking rate for extended nights.
• Certain promotional or non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund. Guests are advised to review all applicable conditions carefully before completing their reservation.


CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation deadlines and applicable charges vary by season and room type, and are clearly communicated at the time of booking and stated on your Reservation Confirmation document. By completing your reservation, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific cancellation terms applicable to your stay.
• In all cases, cancellations made within the applicable cancellation period will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount. No refund will be issued.
• In the event of a no-show - where a guest has not arrived and has not contacted the hotel by the day prior to their scheduled arrival - the full payment will be withheld and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• Where a free cancellation applies, any bank transfer and refund processing fees will be withheld from the refunded amount.
• Eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10-15 business days, after deduction of applicable fees.
• Certain promotional or non-refundable rates are exempt from any refund regardless of the cancellation date. Guests are strongly advised to review the applicable rate conditions before confirming their reservation.


CHILDREN POLICY
Our room rates are fixed per room for double and triple occupancy. A complimentary crib is available upon request for children up to 4 years of age, subject to availability.


GUEST CONDUCT & HOTEL STANDARDS
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove any guest from the premises whose conduct is deemed disruptive, offensive, discriminatory, or a risk to the safety, health, or comfort of other guests or staff.
• Gatherings, parties, or events of any nature within guest rooms or private areas are strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to evict any unauthorized occupants.
• Guests are kindly requested to observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00, in consideration of fellow guests.
• The room rate applies to the number of occupants declared at the time of booking. All guests staying at the property, including children of any age, must be declared prior to arrival. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to undeclared occupants or to apply additional charges accordingly.
• Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages onto the hotel premises for consumption in common areas such as the restaurant or breakfast area. Outside food delivery is not permitted, in accordance with Greek law and tax regulations.
• The hotel undertakes no liability for the condition or shelf life of any food taken off the premises.


SMOKING POLICY
• Euphoria Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms, corridors, and common spaces.
• Smoking is permitted on the private balcony of each room.
• Designated smoking areas are available on the premises. Guests found smoking in non-designated areas may be subject to a cleaning fee.


PETS POLICY
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on the hotel premises.


OUTDOOR POOL & FACILITIES
• The outdoor pool is available to hotel guests only, during designated operating hours posted on-site.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst in or around the pool area.
• The hotel accepts no liability for any accident, injury, or loss occurring in the pool or surrounding area resulting from failure to observe posted safety guidelines.
• Guests are kindly requested to shower before entering the pool and to respect fellow guests by maintaining a considerate noise level in all outdoor areas.
• The hotel reserves the right to restrict access to the pool or any other facility at its discretion for safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.


PROPERTY, VALUABLES & LIABILITY
• Guests are responsible for the proper care of all hotel property. Any damage or destruction caused by a guest will be charged accordingly at the hotel's discretion.
• An in-room safe is provided for the storage of personal valuables. While the hotel maintains appropriate security measures, management cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
• Upon request, valuables may be stored in a secure hotel safe deposit box for an additional charge.
• The hotel accepts no responsibility for vehicles parked in the hotel parking area. The parking area is unsupervised, and the hotel bears no liability for damage to or theft from vehicles.
• Lost property found on the premises will be logged and held securely for a period of three (3) months, after which items will be disposed of or donated to charity. The hotel does not accept responsibility for proactively contacting guests regarding lost items. Perishable items retrieved after check-out are held only until close of business on the same day.
• Claimed items may be collected in person with valid identification, or the hotel can arrange postage at the guest's expense.


FORCE MAJEURE
The hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, financial damage, delay, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its control. These include, without limitation, flight disruptions, civil unrest, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, flooding, acts of government or regulatory authorities, or failure of machinery and equipment.
Transport to and from the port or airport is offered as an ancillary convenience service. The hotel assumes no liability for any incidents occurring during such transfers.


RESERVATIONS & GENERAL PROVISIONS
• This reservation is strictly non-transferable.
• The hotel reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to cancel a reservation if the information provided is found to be falsified, incomplete, or misleading.
• By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, as published at euphoriaboutiquehotel.com.
• The guest agrees to indemnify and hold the hotel harmless against any liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from their stay or conduct on the premises.
• The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be published on the hotel website. Guests are encouraged to review the terms prior to each reservation.


GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the reservation, or the guest's stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kavala, Greece.


SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court or regulatory authority, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


LANGUAGE
These Terms & Conditions are published in both Greek and English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the two versions, the Greek version shall prevail and be the binding text.
